The Challenge


Take an existing brand from a start-up to a true player in the market of luxury home scenting. Their previous website had been around a while but was largely geared towards B2B and was not prepared for a B2C campaign.

The Solution 


By undertaking a Discovery Day and Branding Workshop we redefined their entire product packaging and pricing model, before recreating a new website to offer a far greater online shopping experience for their customers as well as accommodate their B2B offering. Once the foundations were made in terms of branding, we embarked on a strategic ‘engagement’ plan across digital and print, that has since seen them collaborate with renowned brands including Rosewood Hotel and The Savoy.
